AlphaSmart 3000

This morning TAG people were trained to use the AlphaSmart 3000. This small piece of hardware will give students more opportunities for keyboard practice, encourage and build writing skills, and integrate technology into the teaching and learning experience. The District has supplied Northglade with an AlphaSmart cart containing 30 keyboards. As soon as teachers are trained we will be able to begin using our new AlphaSmart keyboards. They have infrared capability to interact with other AlphaSmart machines, printers, and computers. Coming soon to Northglade classrooms…
